A fun group at our table. The dishes used - as Jasper called it - "the fifth quarter" of the pig. Those tasty morsels that aren't commonly served. I found myself loving things I might have otherwise been reluctant to try. And Somerset Ridge's wines are surprisingly good. One does not tend to think "Kansas" when considering wine-producers, but I think their tawny port was quite nice, and I liked several others. <br />Can't wait until Pork 103!
